Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use PhysicalStack, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

PhysicalStack is a trade name (a “DBA”) of Mirifica Science LLC, the company responsible for your personal information (the “data controller”). In this policy, “PhysicalStack”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Mirifica Science LLC.

If you have any questions about this policy or your personal information, contact us at support [at] physicalstack [dot] com, or by mail at: Mirifica Science LLC, 7901 4th St N, STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA.

2. What personal information we collect

  • Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form) when you register or subscribe.
  • Payment information — billing details for your subscription. Card payments are handled by our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card number.
  • Usage and device data — pages viewed, clicks, browser and device type, approximate location, and similar analytics, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • IP address and approximate location — your IP address is processed (including by a third-party lookup service) to estimate the country you are visiting from, so we can highlight relevant dealer coverage.
  • Lead and newsletter data — the email address and any details you submit through our sign-up and pop-up forms.
  • Support chat — the messages and any information you type into our on-site chat widget.
  • Language preference — the language you select for the on-site translation tool.

3. How and why we use it

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the site, your account, and your subscription.
  • To process payments and manage billing.
  • To measure and improve traffic, performance, and features (analytics and on-site experiments).
  • To send the communications and marketing you have signed up for, and to follow up on incomplete sign-ups.
  • To provide customer support.
  • To measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
  • To protect the security and integrity of the site and to comply with our legal obligations.

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to deliver the service you signed up for and to process payment); our legitimate interests (to operate, secure, measure, and improve the site); your consent (for certain analytics and advertising cookies and for marketing email); and compliance with a legal obligation. You can withdraw consent at any time.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics, on-site experiments, advertising measurement, and the chat and translation features. Essential cookies are required for the site to work; the others are optional. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where required, through the choices described in section 10. Because some of our providers are based in the United States, using the site may involve international transfers of data (see section 8).

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, and only as needed for the purposes described above. These providers fall into the following categories:

  • Hosting, membership and account providers — to run the website and manage your account and subscription.
  • Payment processors — to take payment and manage billing (card details are handled by the processor; we do not store card numbers).
  • Analytics and performance providers — to measure and improve how the site is used.
  • Advertising partners — to measure and attribute our advertising.
  • Email, marketing and lead-capture providers — to manage sign-ups and send the communications you have requested.
  • Customer-support and on-site tools — such as our chat and translation features.
  • Geolocation providers — to estimate your country from your IP address.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or other business transfer.

7. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (U.S.)

We use third-party advertising tools (such as an advertising pixel) to measure and attribute our advertising. Under some U.S. state privacy laws (such as California’s CPRA), this kind of cross-context behavioral advertising may be treated as “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell your personal information for money. To opt out of this kind of sharing, you can disable non-essential / advertising cookies in your browser, send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, or email us at support [at] physicalstack [dot] com. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals where required by law.

8. International transfers

Several of our providers are located in the United States. If you access the site from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those in your own country.

9. Data retention

We keep account and billing information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained for a limited period in line with our analytics settings. Lead and marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising. California residents have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. To exercise any right, email us at support [at] physicalstack [dot] com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

11. Children

The site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and we review this policy at least once a year.

13. Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle your personal information, please contact us first at support [at] physicalstack [dot] com. EEA and UK visitors also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
